Join us on a 6-month personal and leadership development journey where you will be empowered to recognize the leadership skills you possess, discover what energizes and de-energizes you, recognize generational patterns and habits, learn how to create healthy teams and culture, discuss triggers and the ways you best regulate, assess what community and accountability looks like for you, and uncover what rest, self-care, and refreshment looks like for you on an ongoing basis.
